How To Donate to ASI

The Animals and Society Institute relies heavily on our donors to make what we do possible. ASI, with just four staff members, is the only one-stop resource that offers information, tools and hands-on assistance to people working on the full spectrum of human-animal relationships. 83% of our income goes directly to programs; we have very low overhead and can use our funds to create resources with direct impact. If you would like to make a donation, here are several options you may use:

Direct Donations

Memorial and Honorary Gifts

Celebrating a special occasion? Can’t decide what to give a person who has it all? Why not give the gift of a donation to the Animals and Society Institute in honor of the occasion? You can also donate to ASI in memory of a companion animal, or a loved one’s companion animal. We will let that person know that you made a thoughtful gift in their pet’s honor.

ASI added the DAF widget to our website for people who prefer to manage their donations via Donor Advised Funds (DAFs). Most DAFs allow donations of stock and other securities, as well as cash, and provide immediate tax benefits to donors while allowing them to distribute the donations - which may increase in value - to charities of their choice over time. To donate to ASI, specify the Animals and Society Institute, Inc in the designation box. Thank you!
