Human-Animal Studies Listserv

Human-Animal Studies (HAS) is a rapidly growing interdisciplinary field that examines the complex and multi-dimensional relationships between humans and other animals. ASI provides leadership in the development of HAS by working with students and scholars. The ASI Human-Animal Studies listserv is dedicated to the scholarly discussion of the multi-disciplinary field of HAS. It is open to scholars, graduate or undergraduate students or unaffiliated writers or researchers. News, conference announcements, calls for papers, discussion of research and theory, support and resources for teaching or research, and other related topics are encouraged. Contributions are welcome from anthropologists, sociologists, psychologists, philosophers, literary scholars, historians, biologists, ethologists, and other academics.
